Savor San Pedro Food Festival

In the month of January, the SPBA celebrates the culinary creativity of Ambergris Caye by holding the Savor San Pedro Food Festival. In 2008, this event ran from January 24th to 26th. The event culminates with a town Block Party in Central Park, featuring competitions for Best Food Dish, Best Drink and Best Overall Booth.

Ambergris Caye Eco Challenge

In the month of April the SPBA celebrates the magnificence of the environment here on Ambergris Caye with the Ambergris Caye Eco Challenge Beach Block Party. Festivities of the Block Beach Party will include a grilling competition. Awards and prizes will be given for the best BBQ Ribs, Best BBQ Chicken, Best BBQ Seafood and Best Decorated Booth. There will also be awards given for the Best Drink.There will be a DJ all day and live entertainment.

San Pedro Lobsterfest

In the month of June the SPBA celebrates the opening of Lobster season in Belize with the San Pedro Lobsterfest. Enjoy 4 days of festivities and all delicious fresh lobster you can eat. From June 14th to June 19th, 2008 enjoy fun in the sun, sand under your toes, a Belikin beer in hand and a variety of mouth-watering lobster dishes in your belly… What could be better?
